After looking over the paintings, I think I would like to do a song about De Ploeg itself, about the members of that group in the 1920's, Dijkstra, Altink and Wiegers. I'm interested in the group they formed, the subjects they painted, and how it affected the art world in Groningen and the Netherlands. And also I guess I'd like to explore their 'team' mentality.
