Groninger Museum has converted a silver Airstream caravan into a mini-museum. It travels from village to village across the province, introducing children and young people to art and culture along the way.
In collaboration with the ELJA Foundation, the museum is building an intensive and sustainable connection with children and young people across the city and province of Groningen. The aim is to introduce them to art, culture and heritage through inspiring, playful workshops. Museum educators bring the mini-museum to as many locations as possible, including primary schools, secondary schools, cultural and community centres, as well as events and festivals.
