Groninger Museum Salon brings together entrepreneurs with a shared love of art and a genuine connection to the museum.  Members get exclusive access to exhibitions through private previews with the museum's directors and curators, plus behind-the-scenes glimpses not open to the public. A calendar of events brings members into contact with artists from home and abroad, while fellow Salon members offer a natural way to connect over a shared passion for culture.  Joining the Salon means becoming a donor to Groninger Museum Salon Foundation for €2,500 per year, alongside membership of Groninger Museum Salon Association for €500 per year.

Membership includes:

  • Two Salon passes per member, granting unlimited museum access 
  • Your company name displayed in the museum 
  • Your company name listed on the museum website
  • Your company name featured in general museum communications 
  • Several Salon gatherings each year, with guided tours and special speakers 
  • An annual Salon dinner for two 
  • An annual guided tour for up to 15 guests

  • A subscription to Museum Magazine, including a promotional interview with a Salon member 
  • A 20% discount on venue rental for private events, and on museum catalogues 
  • A free exhibition catalogue 
  • The option to join an excursion to an art fair or other special art event
