Koster&Knoef
Explore the world of Koster&Knoef, where music and video art come together in an audiovisual installation. In their project, Sigrid Koster and Jochem Knoef explore themes such as identity, technologisation, uprooting, and the tension between the individual and the collective. The result is an experimental experience in which music, folklore, landscape and technology converge.

Audiotour
In the audio tour, Bertien Minco takes you through the moments in her family history when the synagogue in Folkingestraat or the Jewish community in Groningen was present. Bertien was born in Groningen and grew up in the Jewish community in the 1960s. Many of her ancestors also lived and worked in the city and province of Groningen. Her parents Manuel and Stelly worked to restore and rededicate the synagogue in the 1970s. Through Bertien, you will learn about the Groningen synagogue and Jewish traditions in a very personal and accessible way! The audio tour is offered in Dutch, English and German. You use your own smartphone and can listen to the stories as you choose.

Exhibition: Sacred Earth
Throughout history, different cultures and religions have constructed their own images of nature. These images not only shape how nature is perceived, but also how it is valued, used, protected, or controlled. In this sense, nature functions as a mirror: of belief systems, worldviews, and ideas about humanity. These perspectives reveal not only how we relate to nature, but also who we are ourselves. In the exhibition Sacred Earth, 20 artists present their vision of nature.
