The world-renowned Groninger Museum building can be considered a national as well as international highlight of postmodern architecture. During this one-hour tour, our guide shows you around the building and tells you more about the museum’s architecture and design.

Discover the museum’s highlights during a tour for the whole family. Explore the current exhibitions as well as the museum building. The tour guide adjusts the tour to the composition of the group. For all ages.

Tours can also be booked outside the museum’s regular opening hours. We then will open the museum exclusively for you and your guests. An special experience! The tour is about one or multiple current exhibitions or about the Groninger Museum’s architecture. Minimum group size is 15 persons.

When: on request (preferably 3 weeks in advance), daily between 5.15 and 7 PM (please contact us if you prefer a different time)
Price: for tours in English we charge €26 per person, including admission and a €1 language surcharge (discounts are not applicable outside opening hours)
Languages: we offer guided tours in Dutch, English, and German

Guided tour 60 minutes:

• up to 15 persons € 75,-
• up to 20 persons € 100,-
• up to 30 persons € 150,-

The prices of the guided tours do not include entrance fees.

This tour is combined with delicacies to be served in the Job Lounge, which can accommodate up to 50 people.

These prices are per person, including VAT. The arrangements are put out in the Job Lounge, where you can serve yourself. If you require service, service costs (1 hour minimum, €35.70 per hour) will be charged. These prices are excluding admission and guided tour.

This tour is combined with a lunch in the Job Lounge, which can accommodate up to 50 people.

These prices are per person, including VAT. The arrangements are put out in the Job Lounge, where you can serve yourself. If you require service, service costs (1 hour minimum, €38.40 per hour) will be charged. These prices are excluding admission and guided tour.
