Hella and Freek de Jonge: A Full Life

The married couple Hella and Freek de Jonge have been working together for decades. This exhibition told their story through their art collection and personal possessions such as clothes, ceramics, photographs, film images and never-before-exhibited artefacts of their activities in Groningen. Hella and Freek temporarily lived in the Groninger Museum for the duration of the exhibition, receiving a few well-known guests and affording visitors a chance to step briefly into their lives.
