Film viewing in Wall House #2
How has avant-garde architecture developed in the Netherlands over the past hundred years and what have the residents of 'ordinary houses' gained from the -sometimes wild- experiments of the architects? The film Pioneers of the Dutch Modern House provides insight into the Dutch residential architecture of the 20th century. Of interest to architecture enthusiasts, modern house owners, architects, architecture students and anyone with an interest in young heritage or design. Join us on September 10 from Wall House #2 in Groningen.
After the film there will be an opportunity to ask questions to Natascha Drabbe, director and founder of the Iconic Houses Network and producer of the film, and programmer Wall House #2 Gea Schenk. Wall House #2 is a member of the Iconic Houses Network (www.iconichouses.org), which consists of 200 modern museum homes internationally.
